Committee Purpose and Members



Committee Overview

HOA committees have been established to assist the Board members by addressing specific community issues and tasks and serving in an advisory role for the benefit of the community. The purpose, makeup, duties, and responsibilities of each committee are set forth in Committee Charters approved by the Board. Please consider volunteering for a committee when the opportunity presents itself. In order to effectively run our homeowners association, the HOA Board, even with assistance of our managing agent, can’t do everything. It needs the help of community volunteers getting involved and serving on committees.


Current Committees & Members


ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has been established for the purpose of reviewing and, as appropriate, approving, or disapproving all plans submitted by Owners for modifications, alterations or additions made on, or to existing structures or property with the Association.

The following members have been appointed to the Architectural Review Committee by the Board of Directors:

COMMUNITY BEAUTIFICATION & IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE

The Community Beautification and Improvement Committee (CBIC) has been established for the purpose of identifying and implementing projects that can be carried out by the community volunteers to maintain and improve community owned structures, assets, and common areas. The CBIC shall also identify and propose projects to the BOD that will enhance and improve the look and use of the community common areas.

The following members have been appointed to the Community Beautification and Improvement Committee by the Board of Directors:

SOCIAL COMMITTEE

The Social Committee has been established for the purpose of promoting community spirit by planning and organizing social events and the community.

The following members have been appointed to the Social Committee by the Board of Directors:

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 

The Facilities Management Committee has been established for the purpose of overseeing the operation and maintenance of the clubhouse and pool. Committee is currently vacant. Committee members will be appointed by the Board and composed of  3 to 5 members depending on interest.


WEBSITE COMMITTEE

The website committee has been established for the purpose of increasing communication, providing information, and enhancing participation in the homeowners association. The task of the committee is to create, post, manage, and maintain content on the community website at reservehomeowners.com.  Website is being populated by the BOD. Committee is currently vacant. Committee members will be appointed at a future date as the need arises.
